In The Still Lie

Movement lies to Stillness, "I am adrift in dream."
Silence lies to Noise, "No one can see me."
The City lies to itself, "I am at once two."

Taken: Sometime shortly before 04/20/2010 across the street from Washington Cemetery. The streak of white is of cars on the run. The abandoned, still cars, are parked alongside the cemetery, awaiting their masters' returns.

This photo is one of my favorites and I feel that I will return to it again. It was taken on my Zenit 11 on ISO100 film, developed by hand and scanned in.
