Brooklyn Bridge

Awed into stillness, into silence. Gazing, frozen, upon frozen history has its benefits. See benefits:

Taken: 01/20/2011 at Brooklyn Bridge Park in Brooklyn, NY. It was 34 degrees, windy and I'd been out for 90 minutes already. I took 4 shots for this panorama, each one lasting about 220 seconds. Lessons learned: good (read: quality carbon fiber) tripods are WORTH IT. Digital timer is worth it but it'll only make you stand out in the cold for long periods of time.
